In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all gma777 Players prior to real-money play and withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or Philippine public holiday on which Philippine banks are open for normal business.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To be eligible to register and maintain a gma777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are registering in your own true legal name and providing accurate, complete, and current personal information;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of gma777, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended gma777 Account under any name or identity;
• You are not accessing the Platform in breach of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your gma777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password of at least eight (8) characters using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numerals;
• Not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and maintain control of the registered mobile number associated with your Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify gma777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

gma777 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. gma777 does not, under any circumstances, request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to come from gma777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All games on the gma777 Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• Game outcomes for all RNG-based games (slots, bingo, virtual games) are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that comply with PAGCOR's technical standards for fairness;
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot game are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session;

gma777 offers a range of promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which supplement and take precedence over these General Terms with respect to that promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply at all times:

• All bonuses credited to a gma777 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (playthrough) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on eligible game stakes only; not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and game contribution rates will be specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated;
• gma777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus without notice if there is a reasonable basis to believe the offer is being exploited, misused, or claimed in breach of these Terms;
• Players who elect to withdraw real-money funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements may have outstanding bonus balances forfeited at gma777's discretion;
• VIP tier benefits, including cashback percentages and enhanced withdrawal limits, are subject to the VIP programme terms in force at the time and may be amended at gma777's discretion with notice to affected Players.

gma777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times through the Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than twenty-four (24) hours;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further gameplay is suspended for the relevant period;
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications that remind them of the duration of their current playing session;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering results may be enabled by any Player;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion of defined duration (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and take immediate effect upon processing. During a self-exclusion period, the affected Account cannot be accessed, and no promotional materials will be sent to the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling gma777 to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void associated winnings, and withhold funds pending investigation:

• Registering an Account if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age, or permitting a person under twenty-one (21) to use your Account;
• Registering more than one Account, or using the Account of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in contravention of Philippine law;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, loopholes, or undeclared mathematical advantages in any game to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay conditions;
• Colluding with other Players, using artificial intelligence, bots, automated scripts, or any form of cheating software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Bonus abuse, including the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward gma777 staff or other Players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any gma777 software, game code, or platform infrastructure.

All content on the gma777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of gma777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use gma777's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

Any unauthorised use of gma777 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gma777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

gma777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player and held in their Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gma777's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. gma777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

gma777 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, gma777 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management; KYC and AML compliance; payment processing; fraud prevention; customer support; regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and the AMLC as required by law; and delivering a personalised gaming experience. Data is retained for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy and in compliance with Philippine data retention obligations under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

gma777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Player's Account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change — except where amendments are required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and gma777 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact gma777's Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. gma777 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.
